This automatic installation represents Flenco's achievement in the centralized greasing system field for industrial and excavation vehicles.

All the internal pieces are fully greased and protected, which results in :

This device is completely automatic and is used to maintain a constant oil level in the motor's casing of industrial vehicles.
It works in an electro pneumatic way managed by an electronic station with microprocessor. The refilling is conducted on a stopped vehicle and uses an innovative hydro-mecanical level sensor without ball cock, and a pneumatic pump that ensures an output independent of the external temperature (in a range of -40, +80 degrees C)
The device is auto controlled and signals any working anomaly and leakeage from the casing or the pipes.

Hydraulic device composed of a high pressure manual pump and a piston that could exert a pressure up to 800 kg .
The hydraulic piston, the core of the system, is equipped with a patented device which will reduce the cab's vibration while the vehicle is running.

During the lifting and positioning phase, special valves within the cylinder prevent the cabs return in case of pump or pipes failure.
