FLENCO FLUID ENGINEERING COMPANY S.p.A. was established in 1988 as a joint-venture between two important companies, operating in the production of components for centralized lubrication units. Originally it was mainly a sales company,but was then able to develop its own products and become a world leader in centralized lubrication systems.

1996

To support the growing request for medium and large lubrication and auxiliary systems for Power Generation and Oil and Gas markets, FLENCO S.p.A acquired in 1996 the activities and resources of VEELCONT spa. This company had been for years a leader in pressure vessels and special structures manufacture.

1998

In September a new subsidiary, FLENCO DE MEXICO S.A., started its activity in Mexico City : the new company produces lube oil and auxiliary systems for the American markets.

2000

In 2000 FLENCO production has widened with the establishment of FLENCO D.O.O. in Ptuj Slovenija.

2002

In March FLENCO spa acquired V&B SERVOCOMANDI , leader in the production of cylinders and oleo dynamic systems for automation.

2003

In May FLENCO - THERMOS DIVISION was established. It incorporates the production and technical activities of Thermos Engineering Company and is located in Calenzano Firenze.

2004

In order to complete the globalization process and better meet to the needs of the Asian markets, FLENCO GROUP established FLENCO NINGBO CHINA. Our workshop is located in Ningbo industrial district, close to the harbour in Shanghai Bay.
Furthermore we have acquired Cannarozzi company, specialized in the design & production of special cylinders for welding applications, and Lasa company, specialized in trading of adhesives and other chemicals for automotive and marine industries.
