In Flenco Group, 20 engineers, (mainly in Italy and Mexico), with a strong background and experience of the field, are working in the engineering department.
From your functional and technical specification, they will analyze your need and design your product according to your strict requirements, using advanced tools like 2D or 3D CAD and stress analysis.

Throughout the design process, a project engineer will be in charge to drive the design plan and monitor the design review with the customer.

All detailed drawings such as P&ID, technical instructions, and detailed construction drawings will be issued and submitted to the customer before being used for production.

Functional tests


Each production site is fully equipped with all necessary testing installations (instruments, control systems, fluid simulating loops, ...) and can run a functional test on each system according to customer's expectations.
In each location, a testing engineer implements an agreed testing procedure, with the engineering department, to qualify the design and correct operation of the system.

This complex test bench has been designed and manufactured by Flenco to cover a wide range of systems.
